The staff at Guri went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When we arrived, they upgraded us to a room with a balcony even though it wasn't part of our reservation. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy for us to explore. The hotel had a lovely garden bar where we enjoyed relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location.
